At RHCP, we have developed and tested a culturally tailored method for managing type 2 diabetes. Results were shared on Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at the Mayo High School Cafeteria. Real-life stories of individuals living with type 2 diabetes were shared via an app that was developed by and for the people within the community.
