Rochester Healthy Community Partnership implemented a risk communication framework to address COVID-19 prevention, testing, and socioeconomic impacts for vulnerable populations in Rochester, Minnesota. Bidirectional communication between communication leaders and community members within their social networks is being used by the partnership to refine messages, leverage resources, and advise policy makers.
